Liquitex Professional Crackle Paste 237 ml

Liquitex Professional Crackle Paste allows you to create crackling effects in your artwork. The paste can be used as is, applied on top of other layers, or mixed with acrylic paint (15% paint, 85% paste). Do not thin with water or medium. Crackle Paste works best on rigid surfaces.

Apply a 5 – 10 mm layer of Crackle Paste onto the surface using a palette knife and let it dry for at least 24 hours. Thicker layers will result in more pronounced cracks, but they will also increase drying time. Do not attempt to speed up drying with a hair dryer, as this may prevent cracks from forming at all.
