Water-soluble ink blocks that can create both strong and translucent effects. They offer intense, vibrant colors. Can be used dry like regular blocks, applied with a wet brush to create drawings, wetted before drawing, or used like watercolor pans by taking color directly from the block with a wet brush. Once dry, they are waterproof.
