Derwent Inktense Blocks 36 -Water-soluble ink crayons

Water-soluble “ink” pencils that can produce both strong and translucent marks. Intense, vibrant color tones. Can be used dry like regular pencils, spread with a wet brush, moisten the pencil before drawing, or used like watercolor pans by picking up color directly from the pencil with a wet brush. Waterproof when dry.
