Arches 300 gsm rough, semi-rough, or smooth watercolor paper pad, 100% cotton. The pad contains twelve A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) sheets, glued on one side.

Arches Aquarelle is among the highest quality papers for wet techniques. It is particularly suitable for watercolor, but also works well with ink, gouache, acrylic paints, and mixed media. This traditional cylinder-mould made watercolor paper features a beautiful, natural texture. Made from long, evenly distributed 100% cotton fibers, it absorbs a substantial amount of water without damaging the surface or structure. Arches papers are thoroughly gelatin-sized, preventing tearing or pilling even with scrubbing or erasing. The paper also maintains the brightness and transparency of watercolors, as the gelatin sizing prevents excessive absorption of color into the paper. The paper is naturally white. Arches papers offer excellent durability, contain no optical brighteners, and are completely acid-free. They are also protected against mold.
