Derwent Inktense 72 – Water-soluble “ink” pencils

Water-soluble “ink” pencils that can create both strong and translucent marks. They have intense, vibrant color tones. Can be used dry like regular colored pencils, apply the drawn lines with a wet brush, or even moisten the pencil tip before drawing. Drawings are waterproof once dried.
