Water-soluble “ink” pens capable of producing both strong and translucent lines. These pens offer powerful, intense color tones. They can be used dry like regular colored pencils, or you can spread the ink with a wet brush or even moisten the pen tip before drawing. Once dry, the drawings are waterproof.
