Payment

The online store’s payment service provider is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the Financial Supervisory Authority’s payment institution register. Payment is processed through Visma Pay’s online service, and on your account statement and invoice, the payment recipient will be listed as Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online store. Payments are secure, as all transaction information is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no external parties can view the payment details.

The transaction occurs between the online store’s customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment Methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online bank credentials, digital wallets, credit/debit cards, invoice, or installment payments. Available payment methods include: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto and Enterpay Invoice for businesses.

MobilePay: You can pay with MobilePay if you have enabled payment in online stores through the app’s settings. Payments made with MobilePay will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be charged to the card, MobilePay payments will not be possible in the online store.

Jousto: Jousto is a domestic service that allows you to make purchases quickly and securely. It is intended for individuals who have managed their finances well. Jousto offers 30 days of interest-free and fee-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, you can choose to pay it in full or in installments. With installment payments, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from €9.90 per month. Jousto’s installment costs are €3.90 per month with an interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Jousto for purchases ranging from €30 to €3000. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Learn more about Jousto at www.jousto.com.

Delivery

Orders are shipped on weekdays, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The delivery time for in-stock products is usually 3-5 business days. For made-to-order products, the delivery time is generally 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are based on the chosen delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the online store’s checkout process before finalizing your order. If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must report it immediately but within 14 days to the online store. Any issues with damaged packages should be reported immediately to the delivering company.

Delivery Methods

  • “Matkahuollon Lähellä” Package
    7,90 €: The shipment is automatically delivered to the nearest or your chosen Matkahuolto pickup point. Pickup points include Matkahuolto’s own locations, agents, K-Markets, R-Kiosks, or other Matkahuolto package points.

  • Posti Package
    8,90 €: The shipment is automatically delivered to the nearest or your chosen Posti pickup point.

  • “Matkahuollon XXS” Package and “Postin Pikkupaketti”
    5,90 €: Small orders, such as individual pens, max. A4-sized notebooks, and other small supplies can be delivered as a Matkahuollon XXS package.

  • Matkahuollon Home Delivery
    19,90 €: The shipment is delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Note: Matkahuolto will contact the phone number provided in the delivery information to arrange a delivery time or agree on the possibility of leaving the package at the door contactless. If the driver cannot reach the recipient due to, for example, a locked stairwell, they will call the provided number to arrange the delivery.

  • Large Deliveries
    25 €: Note: Large orders, such as large canvas boards, can only be delivered as a Large Package, and a delivery fee of €25 will be charged (the delivery class is automatically determined for these products).

  • In-Store Pickup
    Free: You can pick up your ordered products free of charge from our Tampere or Helsinki store. Please note that some of our products are only available on the shelves at the Tampere store, so delivery time to the Helsinki store is 1-7 days.
