Delivery Terms
COMPANY 2651263-7 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering
Products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the online store’s checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, the prices of the products, and the delivery costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will include the ordered products and the price.

Payment
The online store’s payment service provider is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the Financial Supervisory Authority’s payment institution register. Payment is processed through Bambora’s online service, and on your account statement and invoice, the payment recipient will be listed as Bambora or Paybyway Oy. Bambora forwards the payments to the online store. Payments are secure, as all transaction information is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no external parties can view the payment details. The transaction occurs between the online store’s customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Delivery
Orders are shipped on weekdays, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The delivery time for in-stock products is typically 3-5 business days. If the products are made-to-order, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the online store’s checkout process before finalizing your order. If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must report it immediately but within 14 days to the online store. Any issues with damaged packages should be reported immediately to the delivering company.

Returns
The online store’s customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return according to consumer protection law. Customers have the right to exchange or return part or all of the products in the order. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, first contact the online store to request return instructions. Please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for any refund with the return. Note that the customer is responsible for the delivery costs both ways for returns and exchanges made without a defect claim.

Order Cancellation, Liability for Errors, and Complaints
An order can be canceled by written notice via email before delivery. The online store has a legal liability for errors in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service (myynti@arteljee.fi / 03 2610620). The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board. Note: A package left unclaimed does not constitute an order cancellation. An unclaimed package will be returned to the store. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of resending the package. Shipping costs for a package that has already been sent will not be refunded if the customer cancels the order.
